Two Delivery Options
- Online → Flexible remote coaching with app access, video library, and 24/7 messaging. I'll guide you on home setup and equipment.
- In-Person → Best results. Private studio on Boise Bench, AND/OR in-home visit. Hands-on training + manual therapy (dry needling, joint work, etc.).

1. Movement Program
12 weeks of tailored training to correct imbalances, build strength, improve posture, and move with ease.
Includes compound lifts, mobility work, myofascial release, balance, coordination, and full-body conditioning — all 3 planes of movement.

In-Person Session Flow (≈1 hour) 5 min baseline check-in → Dynamic warm-up & mobility → 45 min customized training → 5–10 min cool-down & mindful takeaways.
